Help is on hand

Life is tough right now but there's plenty of help on hand. From our support services to phone lines for young people and even youtube channels offering all kinds of advice and information. 

Mental health is important for all of us to care for, especially during time of a lock-down. 

If it's an emergency you should always call 999 for help.

GYG live chat. In the bottom right hand corner you'll find a chat icon. Click that and text with us about anything. There's a youth worker at the other end to support you. 

Kooth offer free, safe and anonymous online support for young people. 9am - 10pm Mon-Friday and 6pm - 10pm Sat & Sunday.
